In a scary time for my dog VEG was amazing. Their open atmosphere is intriguing and efficient. The staff is kind and dedicated to the care of each patient. I highly recommend VEG.
My vet sent me to Veterinary emergency group because my kitty had a blocked bladder from stress. They immediately went to work on him. He was in pretty bad shape but they saved his life. I never experienced such care and compassion from a vet hospital. They are exceptional at what they do I will never go anywhere else.
If I could give more than five stars I would. Had to take my dog to the closest ER vet in an emergency. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the initial care — if I had known what the experience would be like, I would have driven the extra 15 miles to VEG ER instead. That said, the follow-up ER vet was absolutely wonderful: kind, attentive, and thorough. Their care really stood out and made a tough situation better. I’m happy that my vet recommended them as I had not used them before. Will definitely recommend them!!
They are second to none and with all my heart i thank you for all you did to help Stevie..you are the BEST
Dr Wilkins and nurses stood out for their quality and personal service for my cat Dawson. Nurse Sanonda and 2 other night shift nurses and doctor went above and beyond. I was scared of my cat getting worse and the whole team worked with me and my roommate to answer all questions, offer instructions on procedures, and just treat my kitten as the family member we believe him to be. Thanks again for the great experience, Beth Christensen and Michelle Watson
