Came in late night with big concern for male kitten not urinating. Vet and techs were kind and helpful, even provided treatment plan. Took a risk and only committed to the first round of treatment, luckily the kitten responded well to the medicine Visited again the next day because I was still worried about his blockage, but the next Dr informed me that he was responding to the medication and to keep track of things moving forward For those wondering, ER visit flat rate was $200 but well worth the concern. Tigger was treated so well and is going to be okay thanks to this wonderful, compassionate, professional staff that promptly took care of him assessing his health and his needs. I am so grateful to the doctor and the staff and I highly recommend VEG for your emergency pet care.
Brought in my cat who began vomiting blood and within 4 hours was examined, identified with a life threatening bowel obstruction and surgically seen to in order to remove it. I felt like my pet was treated with care and compassion and is on the way to recovery 🥹thank you all so much
The VEG model of having us stay with our pet the entire time is invaluable. All vets should be doing this. I’ve unfortunately had 4 visits to VEG and had an excellent experience every time. They have been so very kind and straightforward in all circumstances. They also have excellent partners for diagnostics such as MRI, that they do not have onsite. I will continue using VEG for all of my emergency pet needs.
