We brought our cat Luna in late at night for dental concerns after she stopped eating and drinking normally and began having mouth/tongue issues. The staff and veterinarian were kind, compassionate, & professional during a very stressful time for us as we didn’t know how bad the situation was. Astronomically blown away with the professionalism and care we received. I have my dogs vets come to the home and with this emergency we were seen and cared for everyone was stellar. I almost want to cry on how great of an experience it was. The open floor plan is phenomenal and they do really try to help you "wait" for answers. Snacks and beverages were offered. Staff is very nice, but US really sucks in medical situations, could have gone back home with less stress, likely less money and better results. Hopefully we got it wrong the first time, feels like there were 10 unnecessary tests that did not really got us anywhere. Ruling out everything and then making same inference as the beginning did not felt like the smart thing to do. But thankfully the prescription for diarrhea will be helpful with our dog; nevertheless we still would have gone the conservative way as this is a very ... read more
Dr. Amrita Gill was excellent. She communicated clearly, was very thorough in her explanations, and made me feel confident in the care my pet was receiving. I also want to recognize one of the technicians who helped me, though unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like my pet was in very capable hands. It was clear that both Dr. Gill and the technician were knowledgeable, caring, and professional, which I really appreciated during a stressful emergency visit.
