So grateful I Brought my pup to this urgent care on a Saturday! They treated her with so much care, Weir very communicative, and although yes, it was a bit of a weight, they set the expectations right from the start and I completely understood especially on a weekend. I’ve never had as much of a positive experience as this one, not even with my dog’s primary clinic. Thankful for such an incredible group of professionals. If I ever have another emergency, knock on wood, I would absolutely bring my dog back here.
I cannot thank the team at VEG enough for taking care of our cat, Sokka. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so caring and compassionate, and he was checked on right away. After finding out he had a urinary blockage, they were able to do surgery that night, and he stayed in the hospital for a couple of days. VEG has been really helpful treating my pets and giving me the best care they can. They've helped me out so much in Lynnwood and Seattle. They let me stay with my cat and grieve privately when they put him down. However I'm reducing the stars I'm giving this location because someone here told me that I "should have brought [my cat] in sooner" when I was holding my dying cat. My experience at VEG Seattle was the best experience I've had at an emergency vet! The whole team was friendly and attentive. We were taken care of right away, and they were able to get two separate issues resolved for us at once. We were in and out quickly, the facility was clean, and the team was amazing! Cannot recommend enough.
Our pup got into a bite and suffered a deep tissue laceration to his ear. The team at this emergency vet triaged him right away and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Runte was kind and calm, explained exactly what was going on, walked us through every option, and reviewed pricing up front so there were no surprises.
