I brought my cat Morty in for anal gland issues. We were seen right away. Dr. Nash and team were kind, caring, and compassionate. I really like how the hospital is structured, because I got to be with Morty the entire time. Thanks everyone! Morty is feeling better already.
I have never had such an amazing veterinary experience in my life. And I used to work at 2 hospitals and a shelter. I can not say enough praises and words for you to feel what I feel about this facility and staff. Unbelievably the greatest!!!
The best emergency vet I’ve ever been too! They’re very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff is super friendly, kind, and even provided a blanket and dog bed for my pup! Facility is very clean, and I like that it’s an open concept layout so I was able to be with my pup the whole time. They explained each procedure/process. Most places take them into separate rooms and am usually left with the front desk, so I never know what’s going on but this place is like no other. Me and Bramble, my lovely kitty, had the most supportive and warm experience with VEG Lynnwood. I brought my cat in with an undiagnosed problem, that they were able to diagnose promptly. There were wait times sometimes to help more critical cases, but in the time that we were helped, everyone involved took dedicated and intentional time to understand Bramble’s situation and my concerns.
