I spent about five hours here today, watching the compassion VEG team do what most people could not. They handled every interaction with care and compassion—patient with my financial questions and attentive to my needs, offering snacks and even a tote full of various phone chargers during our visit. This is my first and last time visiting that place! So I called talk to the one of lady on phone! I have told her the situation about my puppy got sore paw and bleeding they said it’s is emergency please bring him we’ll check him right away! I get there and they ask me to sit we will get to you asap! I waited and Dr came for less than 1mins told me to remove his bandages and I be right back!, So I did remove the bandage and I was watching they just sitting on side drinking and gossiping!! Well, we walked through the door with an extremely lethargic dog. Upon entering, we were greeted, she started doing a "reaction test" to my dog I was holding, which consisted of basically slappin' her face several times, to of which, of course, she was reactive to, because she's got a stranger in her face slapping her.
