I brought in my 15 year old dog Hammy who was having breathing problems (determined to be related to congestive heart failure.) Their triage area allowed for us to be helped right away, receiving an ultrasound within 5 minutes of arriving with initial treatment following moments after that. Amazing group of humans. Not only are they great at taking care of our companions, but they really know how to ease a stressed mind when it comes to our little ones. Had an emergency experience last week and the team was amazing. The techs, the doctor, the office manager…all s-tier humans and highly competent, compassionate, and hospitable! Would trust my dog’s life to this team again, no question.

Unfortunately I have frequent flyer miles with VEG because my dog lives to steal food that is toxic for him. This group is simply AMAZING. all the staff is sooooo caring and loving to my dog, have strong bias for action and are thorough in the work they do. I love the clear communication in a stressful situation that helped me as a pet parent immensely. They saved his life both times.
