Absolutely amazing experience. Brought my dog in, Milky, today after he got into some pieces of gum that contained xylitol. Our tech, Katie, took such great care of Milky and they worked around our budget. Very patient and kind staff at this emergency vet. Overall, it was a super accommodating experience, they even had phone chargers available when my phone was about to die and another tech, Kourtney, held the door open for us on the way out wishing us well and a safe drive. My experience here truly exceeded my expectations. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They acted quickly and made sure that my cat felt safe and comfortable the entire time. They worked with me on the budget that I had. I believe they treated my cat as if he was their own. If I ever have another emergency, I know exactly where I’ll be going.
Thank you to Dr. De la Rosa and Dr. Daubert and Courtney Erickson and Kristie for taking such great care of Ricky and Rocky! All the staff there were amazing!! Ricky and Rocky required 48 hr monitoring after accidentally ingesting grapes. I love this ER for many reasons! We were able to be with them and hold them through all stages of treatment. Wonderful place. Very caring & great staff/services
My wife and I just brought in a stray Tabby cat that lives outside of our home. We feed him and the other 2 strays everyday. He was injured somehow recently. He started with a limp and then almost overnight he got to the point where he was dragging himself to move around (brought him in at this point).
