Definitivamente pondría 10 estrellas si pudiera, mi pequeña perrita de 4 años,llegó de urgencias bastante mal, y solo puedo decir que desde el personal que te atiende en recepción como los doctores y enfermeros/as fueron los más profesionales y amables con nosotros, muy comprensivos, abiertos a explicarte las cosas tanto en español como en inglés, a mantenerte informado de los procedimientos y el seguimiento y repetirlo cuantas veces haga falta, escucharon mi caso y no dudaron en ayudar en todos los aspectos posibles. You can tell they are animal lovers here. They took us right away and were kind, accommodating and patient the whole way through. They explained everything to me clearly and repeatedly. Top notch care. Dr. Malik Chennault and the nurses that helped me (I believe one was Joy?) were all great. I am adding a photo of Luna being comforted while receiving the gentlest blood pressure check with the teensiest pressure cuff.

I brought my cat to this ER at my vet’s recommendation, knowing he was sick but unaware of how quickly his condition was progressing. I walked in expecting he just needed fluids and would bounce back. Instead, I left with the devastating news that, based on his diagnostics, he likely had about a week. Dr. Crossfield delivered that news with compassion, knowledge, and candor. We have had the misfortune of visiting a couple of emergency vet clinics in the last year and I don't want to mention them here but I will say that this place was by far the best. It was very expensive but I feel we got excellent care. From the time that we called we talked to someone that was knowledgeable and gave us great guidance to the time that we arrived and they took care of our pet. Hopefully we will not need to go again soon but if we do...I know where we will go. Thank you.
