My experience with The Team and the doctor was above and beyond normal treatment care. Doctor Steven’s, Natascha ( one of the nurses there ) and the VEG team, went out of their way to help me and my sweet new puppy and figuring out what the problem was. My poor five month puppy hasn’t eaten or drink or peed within the last 24-36 hours. The Team took such good care of him and ran some tests to see what the problem could be. They helped him to get rid of his urine and sent me home with some puppy food to help him. Also they ga... read more

VEG staff are top tier. I have complete trust in the veterinarians and nurses after multiple experiences, one in which my dog had to be euthanized due to a stroke. Nothing could be done for my dog, it was a horrible time but the staff were so kind and patient. They allowed me to make an informed decision. I would not go to any other emergency room for my pets.

It was wildly expensive and all I got was probiotics. They tried to get a stool sample and failed. They said one of the blood machines was down so I only got a partial work up. I was there for three hours. They mentioned that other animals had passed that evening which was horrible. I heard a dog literally screaming in the room next to mine then a woman weeping shortly after. It was scary and awful. Over all I wish I had stayed home and monitored the situation myself for $0 instead of $1200.
