Extremely thankful for you all! We visited when our cat was quite sick, and Dr. Melman determined what the problem was within an hour. He was empathetic, clear, and incredibly smart. We fully recommend VEG.

I had to take my elderly schnauzer in for an emergency visit on Sunday and it was an eye-opening experience. Unlike any other vet office I've ever visited, they take the pet and owner into the main treatment area and allow the owner to be present for the treatment. It was really empowering and enlightening. I know it's an emergency office, so it isn't inexpensive, but their unique process put my pet and me at ease throughout. They'll be my first call should I have another after-hours emergency.

Best Vet I have ever been to,. Open 24 hours. Great staff who own pets. This place is serous. This isn’t just a job for these guys, they love animals.

Take your pet here in an emergency. The service is fast, considerate, and friendly. They saw my dog within minutes. 30 minutes after signing in, our issue was solved and we were working on checking out. Crystal, Joel, and Dr Melman kept me informed and included in the process the whole time. I really couldn't have asked for a better team. I spent over an hour and a half after signing in at ACCESS animal hospital about 12 minutes away. They never even triaged my pet and made me feel guilty about leaving.
