This place is amazing. I returned from vacation and found my cat Rocky in horrible shape. I rushed him to this ER and within one minute of being there they had four doctors on him. One doctor was holding him steady on the exam table, another was getting an IV setup, the other was getting oxygen to him, another was getting the ultrasound on him. I was blown away with how quickly they attended to him and got him in a stable place. If your pets life is on the line, THIS is where you need to take them.
My experience at VEG Katy was extraordinary! I absolutely love the open concept! My dog, Kayk didn’t have to go through the stress of being separated from me during work-up or treatment. I was able to see and understand everything that was going on throughout the visit, and the entire team at VEG made me feel welcome and at ease. Fantastic doctors and staff! We especially liked Dr. Meghan Bradley.
Dr. Bertolini was an angel, she really made it easy to make the decision to euthanize my little kitty who was suffering from Anemia from FeLV and Stage 4 Kidney Disorder. She was able to do blood tests to determine if it was worth putting her though more procedures just to buy her a little more time and the blood test results came back super fast since they do it inhouse. I could have never asked for a better staff to perform the procedure, I had never gone though the euthanasia process before but I felt incredibly comforted... read more
