Few years ago, I spent a fortune when my dog broke his leg at a dog park, so when he got a circular bone stuck on his jaw, pinning the tip of his tongue and causing him a lot of distress. I feared the worst. I rushed to this emergency clinic expecting a huge bill. The staff was incredibly compassionate, calm, and quick to help. The staff here are truly exceptional. I swear they all have hearts of gold. My fur baby suffered brain injury and the staff swept right in to take care of the entire family- our dog, my daughter and I. Their expertise is really what saved my Honey baby. She arrived barely responsive, came home unable to walk, to now running and getting on our nerves lol. Every time I look at my fur baby, I remember how close we were to losing her. Today Honey is healthy and thriving
This hospital is a place of Angels. I have never had such sympathetic and caring doctors and staff in an emergency situation with my dog. I am forever grateful.
Both Dr.Bradley and Dr.Freeman did an absolutely fantastic job with shiners care and making sure he was well taken care of! As well as all the techs that took part in making my boy feel comfortable! Even though he a little anxious and a little grumpy they handled him with care and I imagine a lot of patience! I can’t thank them all enough for helping my boy feel better!
The entire staff is extraordinary! The doctor on site today, Megan, was fantastic. As well as the rest of the staff ! Every member I encountered was SO nice & helpful ! I felt welcomed in every situation & was constantly being kept up to date on everything going on . Everyone is extremely kind and knowledgeable.
