I am very grateful for the care provided by Dr. Hellings and Nurse/Technician Alyssa M.. Both were extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Alyssa, in particular, was outstanding. She explained each procedure, injection, or treatment before or during the process and took the time to share not just what was being done, but also why it was necessary. I came in yesterday (Sept. 21st) because my dog had a bone stuck around her jaw. They were really friendly and put me in a room quickly. I think they noticed I was a little panicked and they said “I think necrosis is happening” and that it was very urgent. Before running tests they came up with the payment plan, and showed me a “miscellaneous” fee for 500. They explained it was because they didnt know the extent of the damage.The total was 1650, and they refused to do any help if I coughed up money. I ended up leaving and go... read more

Kona was bit by another dog and suffered trauma to her ear. Everyone took great care of her and I like being able to be with her during the procedures.
