We've had to bring our dog here twice, and both times were very good experiences. The staff is great, and they let you stay with your animal while they recover. 10/10!
Hi - I ended up here not by choice, but due to a groomer accident. The groomer sent me here which was 15 minutes away and further from where I live. My dog was bleeding pretty bad and I was just hysterical and freaking out. The staff there was so great, they brought me back right away. I know it takes a while to get paperwork done and all that, but the staff and doctor were amazing. They had a nice open area where they perform surgeries, so you are always close to your pet. They were caring and looked after my Maddie the same way I would. They treated her fast and efficient and tried to make her and I both feel as comfortable as possible. I would like to thank the entire team from the front desk receptionist, to the med tech/nurse and the Dr. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!
We came in about 3 am Sunday morning (4/5/25) and I will never be able to express my gratitude during a very difficult time. I had taken my pup, Pico, to a different ER vet off 290 that was absolutely horrible from start to finish (over 35 hours) while never giving us a cause for what was wrong. Then we brought him here and they were able to give us a lot of information just from the notes and labs from the other vet and some blood work. I CANNOT give enough kind words to Veterinary Emergency Group and the way they handled the death of my cat. He was in a lot of pain, and the staff took such tender care w him, and let me whisper to him when he went. they were EXTREMELY compassionate with their care and went ABOVE AND BEYOND.
