French Bulldog was poisoned at home!!!! The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing I instantly felt like we were going to be taken care of as soon as we stepped through the door. It was an emergency & it was treated as such. I loved how attentive they were! I took my baby to get treated and i loved how i was able to stay by my baby’s side when she got the treatments done. They explained everything thoroughly and helped her feel better! I was also able to take my baby to her primary vet to get treatment and I got to show them medications and treatments they did here!

We brought our little guy around 4:30 AM and had the most amazing service. We came in explained what was going on and immediately got seen by the doctor. They were very compassionate and communicated everything with us as they examined him. As college students we were very worried about pricing but they were very open and honest with us which brought us a lot of ease during a stressful time. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your animal if you are ever having an emergency.

The beginning of my experience was positive, but as the visit progressed, I became deeply distraught and uncomfortable. I felt a noticeable lack of empathy in how the doctor delivered her medical opinion. She explained that Ace’s x-ray showed a grossly enlarged liver and said it could be anything from liver disease or failure to cancer. She briefly mentioned possible treatment options, suggested an ultrasound in the morning, and then brought up euthanasia because Ace was in pain. Hearing that left me devastated. Took my dog, prices were to high for me , they didn’t do nothing to my dog and I still had to pay 191$ for the 10 mins I was there , nothing was done to him , I paid 200$ for “the visit”
