More expensive than a regular vet, but that's because it's an emergency vet. I actually found it a bit cheaper than the last emergency clinic I had to visit. The higher price is just what you pay to have your pet seen immediately, 24/7, by vets with high level facilities. Every single staff member was kind and caring, taking care of me as well as my dog. This is WORLD CLASS experience for emergency vet visits, the team here was knowledgeable, empathetic and don't waste time. They also make it really comfortable to stay there with your pet. They have an area for kids with a TV and Ipads, and plenty of snacks and refreshments that you need. It is pricey (like most emergency vets), but they offer financing through CareCredit and a couple of other vendors to make it manageable.

I am always impressed with the genuine compassion and care that is shown by the entire staff, not only for your furry babies, but the people who love them. They are stellar in every way!

Took him straight to VEG and they greeted me, assessed our dog and got us settled in for the long haul of testing and diagnosing. I watched these troopers deal with multiple crises that day, and listened (and cried) with the owners. They were there for every one of us, even when I was just crying over someone else's grief. They truly care about people and their animals. Wha... read more
