EXPECT TO BE OVER CHARGED!! I felt completely fleeced. The procedural line items on my bill were clearly trumped up and overpriced. When I questioned the charges, the vet just shrugged his shoulders, offering no real explanation. The costs were far above standard. Strongly recommend avoiding when possible.

Do not recommend. Inaccurate information from a disengaged staff looking to run up the bill. They didn't like our questions; gave cursory, inaccurate responses to encourage expensive testing that was not necessary or appropriate for my friend's cat's condition. Would never come here again. Terrible to see vets behave like this. Soulless.

Dr. Jake is the absolute best. We've seen him twice in the last couple of months and he always comes to us with a gentle and honest approach. Dr. Jake has helped us out tremendously.

I cannot say enough good things about VEG ER, Dr. Hauser, Dr. Simon, Genesis, and the entire team. When my cat, Toast, had a seizure late at night I was so terrified. They took him in immediately and I was able to stay with him throughout all of the tests and they were communicative every step of the way. After we picked him up, we were concerned about a urinary blockage and the team consulted with us on the phone numerous time (and my boyfriend and I are helicopter parents and called often).
