Worse place. My pet and I are waiting for emergency and the the entire staff sitting outside chatting without the decency to come talk to me in person the cost and plan of action, instead sends me a text. Their reason is before they are on a shift. How is this even an emergency 24 hour clinic????
I can’t thank VEG Chelsea enough for their outstanding emergency care for my dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff was compassionate, efficient, and highly skilled. They quickly assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent treatment. Poor service. Staff made noises to interrupt me the entire time I was there.it was very unprofessional and I would not return. Don’t go here if you want what’s beta for your animal. They are too unprofessional and focused on side bs
Absolutely love the care that VEG gave to my baby. Not only were they efficient but Dr. Green was super thorough and made me feel calm. Can’t recommend enough if you are in an emergency!
