We brought our sweet boy to VEG on Monday, on what ended up being the hardest day of our lives. My vet was closed for the evening and a friend recommended VEG. Dr. Cisneros and her coworkers were so kind to us, while honest about the limited options for our cat. We had to put our cat down, but they made it so comfortable and compassionate. My heart is broken, but I couldn't imagine a better emergency vet experience.

We are so grateful for the incredible team at VEG. Our cat had suddenly become very lethargic, stopped eating, and started having trouble breathing. We rushed him to VEG, and they got us in immediately. His fever was 105°F when we arrived. Dr. Chen, Dr. Serra, and Dr. Rushing oversaw his care and kept us updated during his 36-hour stay. Dr. Cisneros (2nd Avenue location) was very thorough and compassionate when my excitable pup had an eye issue. She examined him and gave him excellent care. Highly recommended.

Excellent care. Fully equipped modern facility. Bloodwork done in-house, no waiting. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean facility. They let you stay with your pet. Clients and pets are treated with respect by a knowledgeable and caring staff. Snacks available! Bathroom is spacious and clean.

All the vets and staff at VEG are fantastic. Our dog to had to stay there for two days and two nights and they took such good care of him; they even let me camp out there all day to be with him. They were so communicative with us at every step. If our dog every has another emergency we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
