$5,000 later, my dog is in the same—if not worse—condition than when I brought him in. When I picked him up, he was still vomiting and actively bleeding, which I was told was “normal.” Throughout his stay, I had to call repeatedly just to get updates or confirm that he was being checked on. I was told he was only monitored twice per shift, and when I arrived, he was covered in feces—clear evidence of neglect. Our puppy had a small piece of a bully stick stuck in his throat. We came upon this animal hospital by accident. I can not say enough about Dr Hira Basit and the rest of the team. We were welcomed and seen almost right away. Dr Basit was the absolute best in describing what she was going to do and made us feel very confident. It’s obvious to me this place really cares. Trust me when I say this, it's the only emergency room I trust my dog, we've been to at least a dozen emergency rooms for my two accident prone golden Retrievers. Plus the bills is a fraction of what I used to pay for the ER. Once you to go Veg you'll never go anywhere else.
