Look, the staff were great people but, the rates are outrageous. I spent over $2,000 for blood, x rays, euthanasia, and cremation services. This is a last resort type of place. Please find yourself a better option for emergency care. I forgot to include the one staff member who was inconsiderate enough to let us know, while they are sticking all 4 of Bandits paws because he was so scared, that, if we are squeamish shes going to let us faint. Extremely overpriced! Stay away! Cost more to treat a UTI than it did to get my dog spayed!
From the time we entered the door until the we left the VEG staff was very caring, an understanding, even as I was crying while explaining what happened to my Riley. They did a thorough examination, explained everything that was going to happened and went over what I needed to do when we got home. I hope I never have to go back there but it’s good to know that VEG and the great staff are there if needed.
