Dr. King overdosed my pet during surgery, accidentally. She didn’t warn us about any risks of the surgery and she offered little to no sympathies. She couldn’t even be bothered to sign a card sent to us to from the office to offer condolences. She pressured us into the surgery, then made it seem like we should have known it would happen. She was condescending, rude, and made a horrible experience even worse :(

I came in tonight because my senior cat was having some serious issues and this team was absolutely incredible. Every single person was so warm and gentle with him, and kept checking in on me too while I waited and even offered snacks/drink which was soo appreciated given I was here till midnight. When you’re sitting in an emergency vet, that kindness means everything.
