The most amazing place and staff I have ever been experienced. Their customer service, compassion, transparency, comfort amenities, and professionalism is a whole other level. If you are ever in need of emergency pet services, this is the Cadillac of pet medical care. You have to experience it for yourself. Words cannot do it justice!
I waited almost 5 hours to see a vet. I will not return to VEG ER in Federal Way, Washington
5 stars! I truly appreciate a vet who looks at the whole picture—not just a “million-dollar workup.” They chose a more affordable treatment option for my dog, and it made all the difference. I also loved that my pet and I stayed together the entire time, which helped him feel safe and comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. Kind, thoughtful care without unnecessary expense. 🐾❤️
I am so thankful this is available in our area. My fur baby stopped eating and Veg ER was the first option presented by his regular vet. They were so patient, understanding, and kind. They gave me some peace of mind until I could visit his normal vet again. Would definitely visit them again if an additional issue arose.
