I brought my dog in due to pain issues. Never had been there before. The staff/ veterinarian were fantastic! Love the fact that you stay with your pet during the process Definitely would recommend

Sadly, I had to have a very beloved pet humanely euthanized today, due to [what we believe was] a stroke a week ago. I called VEG ER, Ft. Laud. and spoke with Jaime, who very nicely & patiently explained my options. I immediately felt comfortable moving forward from this interaction, and brought our pet in. I was greeted by Brie, and we went to the room. She was also exceedingly kind and she made a heartbreaking event so much easier. The doctors at the facility really care and took amazing care of my dog and got him the treatment needed . Would 100 percent recommend and if anything happens to my dog I will 1000% return . Dr Prieto and Marielyz truly care . I called around to several vets and everyone else cared about money and not about my dogs life . 10/10 Recommend they are caring, hospitable , compassionate and reasonable . Thank you guys for everything

We brought our cat late at night after he looked like he was blocked again. Dr. Omar, Sophia, and Samantha helped us go through options as to what we could do to help Ace through getting unblocked. Christian, Sophia, Sam, and Doc flushed and unblocked our boy and now he's good as new. He didn't become unblocked again the next day and is currently stable on his inflammation, pain meds, and fluids. Always our go to in an emergency.
