This is our first time going to a “open concept“ vet where we stayed with our dog the whole time and were able to keep him comfortable during his exam and treatment. We’ve had poor experiences with other emergency vets in the area that separate us from our pets, which creates anxiety, had long wait times, uncaring staff and exorbitant costs. VEG exceeded our expectations. That said, I feel the medications were overpriced, but in an emergency, I guess that is the premium.
Many thanks to Dr Casali and Cristian for caring for my frenchie Smoky and getting both of us through a rough night, much appreciated.
My dog injured his leg and was In a great deal of pain, they were prompt and helpful and addressed his issues. They were truly the best.Dr Marti Mitch and Nair were outstanding and I greatly appreciated their help
