What an amazing staff. My sweet kitty was only in the Er for a short time, but the staff treated us with so much dignity and respect. We had to say goodbye to him that night. I received a beautiful card of sympathy signed by what seemed to be the entire staff. Grateful for the compassion and care given. ♀️
I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled because of the excellent experience we had here. They were so kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well kept. Very professional and friendly. I had virtually no wait at all. Thank you for helping Wilson recover from his injury!
The team at VEG and Dr. Brown are simply saints. I have very seldomly needed to use emergency veterinary services in my lifetime of owning pets, but the few times that I have I have never received such compassionate and timely care the way that I saw today at VEG. Needs a sixth start!! Best of the best! Took special care of my service dog when she wound up hypoglycemic and sore from a tumble while with me on the bike. Dr. Brown and the overnight team were all super kind, compassionate, and put Unity's care above everything else. I cannot be more deeply grateful and definitely recommend going here above anywhere else after hours or for emergency care.
