We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the openness of the facility. It was the best emergency vet experience we’ve ever had. Everyone we saw: the receptionist, the vet tech and the veterinarian were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that they didn’t try to push procedures on us that weren’t necessary. We felt that our dog was very well cared for.

We were there last night at the Boulder, CO location. They were wonderful from our frantic phone call to see if they were open to the end when we got to bring our girl home. It wasn't the news we expected but their quickness in diagnosing her pericardial effusion from a newly found hemangiosarcoma causing her cardiac tamponade, saved her life for now so that we can spend some quality time together with what little time we have left with her. Thank you Boulder team so much for helping out our Sierra girl!!

It was midnight (of course) and our dog Hank started coughing. Did he have something caught in his throat? What is this. Lucky for us we have VEG. Within a few minutes we were up and out. They saw us right away. Diagnosed - as Kennel cough. We were involved in the decisions about treatment and cost. LOVE this place. Highly recommend.

I was in such distress when my dog had gotten into something very toxic. They got her to vomit & then gave charcoal to absorb any residual. They couldn’t have been more prompt and reassuring. I am SO GRATEFUL!!
