Wonderful people who give wonderful care to people 's fur babies. Our cat was bitten by some mean neighborhood animal and the VEG team got her all back together. Update: we had to bring in our other cat, Ellie, with a respiratory problem. Turns out our young Ellie has terminal heart failure. The vets and nurses were so professional and caring - both for Ellie and us - and gave Ellie the best care. I feel so sad for Ellie, but so grateful to the team at VEG for the incredible care.

If you are dealing with a pet emergency and your top priority is making sure your animal will be loved and cared for by an expert team that truly cares about animals, this is the place. We've now taken two of our animals to VEG and our experience in both cases was consistent. They treated our animals with genuine love and compassion. They communicated clearly about treatment and price. Would not recommend unless your pet is truly critical. Sat in a room for 3.5 hours before even being seen by a veterinarian. Saw the vet for about 10 min and waited for meds for over an hour. Went to the front desk area and was treated extremely rudely by Diana, she said my pet wasn't a priority and there were more important things for them to do ie getting another client out the door before me even though they had been there less than an hour. Isabel was very kind and helpful as was Rowan. But I will not be returning.

This place is the only place that I’ve ever been that made me wish that Google reviews allowed the possibility for more than five stars. They are exceptional, pure perfection. They are so generous with their time and energy and go out of their way to help you feel comfortable and safe and secure with the treatment and diagnosis of your animal. Dr Vossler and Blaise took the best care of ours dogs! Very kind and professional. Maddie, Christine, and Isabel were also professionals and made the entire experience easy and low stress. Our dogs loved them and look forward to never going back.
