I hope no one has to depend on your vets for anything more than small cuts on and scrapes because they have the skills, know-how, and reactions of toddlers at their first day of pre-school. We had actually visited another emergency vet clinic that made the experience all about the money and trying to push all kinds of procedures and tests including an overnight stay. They also made us cleanup the diarrhea that our pet experienced among other things. The VEG team and Dr Rocha made this the best experience. They took such good care of Roxy and made sure we were welcomed and comfortable and most importantly had a common sense approach to care that didn’t break our bank. How many times have you gone in a veterinarian place and walked out without a charge. They seem to be focused on the quality of service, more so than simply making money from your visit.
From the second we called to say we were on our way with our dog who had just ate things he shouldn’t have, to when we left, we were greeted with kindness, urgency, and care! The vets did such a great job at explaining everything to us as they did it, and they made sure we understood next steps. I hope we never have another emergency, but if and when we do, we’ll go to Veg!
