Weekend emergency due to a bee sting. My little boys tongue was enormous, a very dangerous situation. Their impressive staff took him immediately and triaged him, within literally two minutes they were administering medication to counteract the bee sting. They allowed me to stay with him every step of the way. Multiple staff were checking on him every couple of minutes until he was out of the woods. We do and always will recommend VEGG! Our English Mastiff was seen for eye issues. Red, swollen, with a lot of discharge and they were definitely hurting. She nipped for the first time ever as they tried to put something in. They were so understanding and re-assed how they could complete the needed tests. The vet was patient and didn’t let our nervous dog in pain deter her. She gave her a minute, then calmly started an eye pressure test. Our girl did great and allowed everything to happen.
