This isn't our normal vet, but when we experienced an emergency with our 10 year old Loki, we had to rush him to this facility. It was critical and the staff immediately got to work assessing him when we carried him in. They found that he was not going to make it. They did not try to get us to pay for a bunch of testing knowing that the outcome wouldn't change. Everyone that interacted with us was incredibly kind and sympathetic. I brought my cat Tato here because Vetco in Leominster overdosed my poor baby. The experience they gave us was absolutely incredible. The staff was so sincerely kind and informative. any questions i had they answered thoroughly and this was the FIRST time i felt my kitty was in amazing hands. Ok, so First i want to thank Dr. Sarina Selleck, the nurses, and ALL other staff. All played a role in the care for my cat Gus, all were VERY professional , nice, caring, genuine people. So what brought me to Veterinarian Emergence Group is the fact that my regular Vet office has gone downhill in the last couple years. I have been with them for over 12 years, they performed 2 very expensive surgeries for my other pets, I ALWAYS show up for all scheduled routine care / check- ups, keep up to date on all vaccinations etc, and ... read more
