My first experience losing a dog at this hospital. I can’t express how grateful I am for the staff there. Unbelievably kind and empathetic. They made the experience as easy as it could be. Very good people

We had a scare with our cat Smokey and when I called I was immediately met with compassion and answers for all of my questions. When we arrived the staff was fantastic and made an incredibly stressful time so much easier. They immediately took Smokey and helped run tests to figure out what was wrong with her. They were kind and thorough, and were amazing. I couldn't recommend a better emergency vet hospital.
Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our baby boy as he was not recovering from his hypoglycemic crisis despite all the wonderful care. We were lucky to have Dr. Bilotta and tech name Mal who made such a horrific time just a little bit more bearable. They gave him his very own "last meal" with candy, Crackers, Cheese and peanut butter and even gave him a second plate. I could not speak at that time but that was the most thoughtful, compassionate, empathatic, sweet gesture for all of us. Thank you from the bottom of our bro... read more
