A shockingly, loving competent available staff. Especially Dr. Prieto did not have to wait at all. Just amazing after all my other horrible experiences Ing advanced veterinary care which was beyond belief horrendous. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Prieto
I had an travel emergency where I needed them to administer a simple de worming treatment and nothing more and they not only told me they could when I called ahead but made me wait half an hour only to be told they won’t be doing it. But ridiculous that they can’t administer a simple deworming treatment. And poor communication given I called an hour ahead and was advised they could do I drove the 40 minutes to get there. Wasted my time, poor management on their part.
