Just had our second visit in the last year, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about every person in that facility. The people, the space, the logistics (letting you stay with your animal)…all top notch! And a special recognition to the PM crew on 3/19! I watched them try and save a senior Great Dane, and I was speechless. Not to mention they came and checked on me afterwards because it was pretty traumatic. They are AMAZING!

Excellent and timely care. Michelle is an extremely experienced vet tech, and the pets love her…even when in distress. We had a cat emergency, and were taken right in to a private room (to keep our cat away from all the dogs). Michelle instantly bonded with our cat. Dr. Dane came in and was great, as well. We first went to a pet emergency clinic in Frisco, wh... read more

We brought ours kids with us (16 and 8 yr olds) The tech who did the ultrasound was very empathetic towards all of us, told us what was going on and causing issues for our baby girl and all our options. Unfortunately due to her age major surgery wasn’t going to ... read more

I have had to take my dog Chucky to VEG twice over the last year. Honestly, he wouldn’t be here without them. First visit was pneumonia on a Sunday that I couldn’t let him wait until Monday for a regular vet visit. Yes it was expensive but I knew going into an EMERGENCY vet clinic that that was to be expected. Second visit was the scariest and most traumatizing of visits for us and it was about a week ago. I have spend thousands over the past 5-6 months trying to figure out what has been wrong with him. I’ve advocated for hi... read more
