VEG took the best care of our Great Pyrenees from the moment we arrived until we transferred to the specialist’s office. Every member of the team from doctors, vet techs to reception was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended.
We had such a wonderful experience at VEG Allen during one of the scariest and hardest times of our lives. We brought our dog, Yoshi, in when he was in critical condition, and from the moment we arrived, every staff member treated him with so much care, kindness, and respect. I cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness and compassion we experienced at VEG Allen today. My little Louis ate chocolate this morning, and I was incredibly worried and scared. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. They were awesome. We showed up late at night and Dr. Huette was very patient explaining things twice so I understand exactly what was going on with our dogs.
Absolutely awful! My laboring mini doxie had a stuck baby, and they put us with her new born puppies in a freezing cold room for 3 hours and did nothing. They asked for $1000 up front BEFORE they would even do an X-ray to see what was wrong. Then never showed it to us or explained anything at all. They came back and asked for $6000 to do a c section. When we couldn’t they said sorry we can’t help you… they put money and profit over animals lives! It’s disgusting. So after she’s now labored for 5 hours we rush her to another ... read more
