Thank you for caring for my sweet dog Maia during a scary situation. We were both put at ease by the staff’s calm demeanor and knowledge. We had to transfer elsewhere for an ultrasound and blood transfusion, but I felt like I was in great hands while I was here. God forbid anything happen, VEG is the first stop. Not easy for me place the trust of what I love most in a stranger’s hands, but this place has it 100%. Thank you.
My dog had a reaction causing swelling and hives that lasted several hours and I was worried. Of course on a Saturday evening! My vet recommended VEG for after hour care so I called, spoke with a doctor and brought him in. Everyone I interacted with listened carefully, engaged kindly with me and my dog. You should see the other guy - that's what we hope anyway. Our dog went on the offensive against a coyote this morning and the coyote left it's mark (an 8 inch laceration near her rib cage). The staff at VEG was exceptional; they triaged and managed Peanut's care (and my panic) with ease. Words cannot express how thankful we are the VEG (and their calm, capable and compassionate staff) is so close.
