This is by far the best emergency vet I have ever been to! Everyone was so nice and super sweet with my dog! It is fantastic that you get to stay with your pet the entire time and the whole team was committed to making her feel comfortable and relaxed. We were in and out in less than an hour!!! 100/10 would recommend them again and am so grateful for all of their help!
I took my best boy, Loki the miniature schnauzer, to VEG this past Sunday after he'd been puking for nearly two days. Was I scared? Absolutely. Were the staff and Dr at VEG compassionate and understanding? Beyond. They went out of their way to keep me calm, and to take the greatest care of Loki. Dr. Salazar was wonderful. Also, they have the best snacks and coffee in the waiting room for us nervous pet parents. I was touched by their followup text to ensure Loki was doing better. Which, he is, and I am grateful for that.
We brought my dog in with heart failure and they saved her life. The doctors and staff were kind, skilled and compassionate.
i cannot thank everyone at VEG encinitas enough for taking care of my baby diddy. every single doctor, vet tech, reception, etc literally everyone was so hospitable and caring and empathetic and most importantly very knowledgeable in helping to figure out what to do to help my kitty. i was (and still am) an emotional wreck trying to figure everything out and ive felt so supported by everyone there and feel like things r hopefully trending positively for diddy. thank you everyone so much im so so grateful for you all oh and t... read more
