We highly recommend Veg ER in Columbia Md. Had a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and compassionate. They all demonstrated their love for animals all awhile easing our stress and fears.

From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. Taking your loved pet to the er is scary and unsettling and everyone that works here makes sure to help not only your pet but you. I have had to go several times and never felt rushed or forced to make a decision. They never made me feel bad about not being able to afford something but worked with me to find other solutions. This review is long over due but I need to ensure the friendly staff at this establishment get the recognition. Back in April, my puppy Leo had to visit this location not once but twice. Both visits were for different incidents but because the first time went well I felt extremely comfortable with taking him back. The staff is very welcoming and kind. First time using this emergency vets and I will never go anywhere else. They are compassionate, kind and go over all treatment opions and costs! Wonderful facility!! Amazing people! Highly recommend!
