The care was excellent and timely. Our pets are part of our family and they protected a member of our family from a potentially severe neurological problem that would have altered the way she is for the rest of her life. I couldn’t be more grateful as we love her with all our hearts. They protected what is dear to us.

Short ReviewThe team here was fantastic — every pet was treated with genuine care, as if they were their own. They even brought out blankets and made sure everyone was comfortable. The receptionist was wonderful and kept things running smoothly with a calm, friendly attitude. Even with several pets coming in, the staff stayed organized, upbeat, and efficient. After this experience, I can honestly say I will never go back to the emergency vet in Annapolis. Right after COVID, I rushed my previous dog there because he was dying on the way to the hospital. Due to their policies at the time, I wasn’t allowed inside with him. He had a ruptured spleen caused by a mass, and I wasn’t permitted to be with him until they were ready to euthanize him.
