I had an urgent case today, Miriam and Abby were wonderful assistance, very clear and concise. They talked me through everything I needed, and I truly couldn't be more grateful🤍✨
So professional they did a outstanding job unfortunately my cat was put to sleep but how ever the mannerism the ambience of the hospital made me feel safe they even watched my three small daughter while I said good bye to Shy’Guru I can’t thank them enough the process was not easy but they at least made me feel safe.
Incredibly impressed with the hospital and staff. We unfortunately came to VEG with an end of life rabbit emergency and the staff was just so kind and professional. They made sure we knew all of our options and were very compassionate. Even through all our crying my family mentioned how clean, well equipped and organized everything was in addition to just how nice everyone is.
