Overpriced & would not recommend. The doctor was very vague with assessment and possible issues but very clear about the charges.
Just got my pugalious Lucymae home from a wonderful experience with VEG. Ieas very nervous to go but the front vet. receptionist was very kind on the phone and made me feel instantly welcomed. I was instantly walked back and Lucymae was greeted by 2 vets that immediately searched to find out what happened. They got right to the problem after a thorough examination!! With all the worries I have, the vet went out of her way to help me, Lucymae and I feel very blessed! I fully recommend VEG!
I've had dogs my whole life and never like to go to the vet for obvious reasons. I haven't had the most pleasurable experiences. We've tried most of the vets locally and had negative experiences. We got a new pup around last Thanksgiving and one of our other dogs unfortunately bit the pup guarding his food. The pup was so small and frail. She was shaking for a long time and couldn't stand up. VEG Elkridge is beyond perfect! They took me and my dog Jada back immediately. I was able to stay w/her the entire time which made both of us feel more comfortable. If overnight stay is needed, they have comfortable patient rooms w/a single bed for both the pet parent and pet to stay in, with all needed accomodations. Honestly, it's nicer than a people hospital.
