If your pet is sick, this vet emergency room is the place to go. From the second we walked in, the amazing dr. and staff took over Grayson’s care. I thought he was dying. Not only did they save his life, the gave me water, a box of tissues and something to eat. I was permitted to stay with Grayson the whole time, was informed of everything they were doing during treatment. Grayson is home and is doing well. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. Nurse Kate and Dr Havil are the absolute most amazing people.. along with other staff as well but these two stood out and were the main care givers for Leo’s visit. They were so patient and calm. I would absolutely recommend VEG to everyone I know! This was my first visit and I would never go anywhere else nor would I allow any of my family or friends to go anywhere else. This was the best place we could have been in such a scary situation for our favorite fur baby!
I cant describe the overall satisfaction and happiness my family feels with this company. We brought our pup in with a potential anal prolapse and before arriving we called the facility and was able to speak with the doctor who recommended us to bring him in. I had to bring my dog to VEG repeatedly over the course of a month for a wound that had been initially mismanaged, and they were incredible. They are professional, clinically sound, kind, and communicate honestly and effectively. I felt extremely comfortable putting my dog in their care and am very grateful for their help.
I highly recommend VEG. They were so helpful, kind, confident treating my semi-feral cat. They quickly put us in a private location which calmed the cat. We did wait quite a while but they provided snacks, coffee . .etc. For any future emergencies I will definitely use VEG.
