If I could leave zero stars, I would. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the complete lack of empathy, compassion, and care I experienced when I brought my pet bird to VEG after he had been attacked by my cat and was in active distress. Before arriving, I called ahead to explain the severity of the situation and let the team know I was on my way. I do not recommend bringing your pet here. Management does not take accountability and leave pet owners only to feel grief. Only good thing about this place is the front desk staff and free snacks.

I strongly advise against bringing your pets to this animal hospital. My 5-month-old puppy visited this clinic after receiving the Parvo vaccine at ASPCA on 6/11/25. Two days later, on 6/13/26, I took her to VERG Brooklyn for a check-up. I brought a stool sample because she was vomiting and bleeding, but they told me everything was fine and diagnosed her with worms, assuring me she would be okay.
