The staff here is incredibly kind, competent, and clearly passionate about their jobs. They made me feel heard and valued, and did their absolute best caring for my pet. I will continue to come here during emergencies and highly recommend VEG.
Dr. Gadson and the team were great and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency pet care. All of the staff were compassionate and supportive of our dog who had to be seen after his surgical incision opened up overnight. They are transparent with their pricing and the open floor plan makes it feel like they have nothing to hide. My cat Glory is going to be okay and it is mostly due to the compassionate and quick care at VEG Edgewater. Their care is expensive, but it is a 24 hour emergency vet, and they will still work with you to find care that works for everyone. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at VEG Edgewater. My kitty Murph had a partial urinary blockage and had been in and out of multiple vet and ER visits over the span of 2 weeks. I decided to bring him here after reading the reviews. From the moment I walked in they treated Murph with the urgency and severity that the situation called for. Like many, we did not expect to be spending our day in the emergency vet yesterday but could not have asked for a better experience with VEG. We had not been there before and if we ever need emergency care, we will certainly be going there again. The entire team was wonderful from the front desk to the vet techs/ assistants, nurses, and providers.
