Typical price gouging as can be expected from corporatized medical care. (They have staff that can help you with financing like a used car dealer.) Nonessential diagnostics and overnight stay recommended when problem was not acute. Full advantage is taken of people who are in a vulnerable state because of their sick pet. Overstaffed and disorganized.

Spend 3 hours waiting in my car called 2 times and everytime was told my dog was next. Needless to say i requested my dog back because their lack of communication is unreal. They don’t bother to call you and let you know what is going on. It’s ridiculous to sit in a car while my poor puppy sits in a crate waiting and stressing out being around strangers. Never again going here it’s awful

We really thought we were going to lose this wonderful guy yesterday. Luckily, we were able to get him an emergency appointment, during which the vet concluded that his pre-existing heart condition had caused fluid to build up in a number of his organs. Ten minutes after administering an intravenous diuretic, he was back to his regular self. It was absolutely miraculous. Thanks so much to Dr Germain and her staff at Emergency Veterinarians in White Plains for treating Spoon with great care and expediency.

awesome staff great atmosphere I'm watching my ex-wife dog while she's in the hospital. He usually gets a B12 shot once a week. She gives him it herself. I don't know how to do it so I called here and the doctor said to bring Big Boi. I had all the materials so the doctor came out and gave Big Boi the shot for me for free. I can't give them enough appreciation for what they done for me. I was only able to give a small donation but I would like for other pets to be treated the same way as Big Boi.

Today I took my 19 year old cat Tallulah to Vetirinary Emergency group in White Plains to end her suffering. while of course this was a painful experience for me the entire staff went above and beyond to make it as easy and peaceful for both of us as possible. They were so sweet and gentle with my little girl, and so mindful of what I was going through that it made the whole experience so much better. Very caring staff. All the doctors and techs were wonderful and took care of my doggy’s tough post-op complications making sure she gained her strength back.
