After my wife waited 7 hrs in the car because our pups had kennel cough they saw a review I posted on another platform telling them this experience they contacted my wife and said unless I took it down they would not see my two very sick dogs. They than just told her to go home. Seems like they should be doing they’re job and not looking up reviews. Worst experience ever. Very bad place.
