My first visit with Cheshire VCA was a great one. It's a bit of a ride, but I wanted to stay in the VCA family after the closing of VCA Naugatuck. I'm so glad I picked this office. It's clean and spacious, and everyone I dealt with was so friendly. The vet takes her time, checks in after the visit, and follows up with patients. Very seamless transition.
Dr. Goul has taken superb care of three of our Golden Retrievers. She is highly professional, shows great caring and intelligence, and does all she can to provide excellent care of our pups. She even will call after hours to answer questions left on the same day. We especially are so grateful that she did all she could to get our beloved Cody to live to 13.5 years of age, thanks to her thorough care for many years. We also thank Dr. Matz and the front desk and veterinary care team for all of their great assistance.
Dr. Lager is professional but not rushed, took time to answer all my questions, and provided excellent, evidence-based medical care. One of the few doctors I know who asked if I had any questions before leaving the room more than once to be certain she gave me time to ask everything I needed. Excellent veterinarian.
I will always bring all my animals here. The staff are unbelievably kind, knowledgeable and have always taken proper care of my pets. They will set aside time to answer all your questions. Even the tough ones. They are all very much appreciated.
