Kelly was amazing, I had to have our beloved cat tested after putting him down and the situation was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. I saw a negative review and that's too bad these people were busy when we arrived on a Sunday but took care of business flawlessly. Thank you for making a horrible situation manageable. Beth
Wasted my time and money over-nighting a dead bat to them, as well as a $30 fee for them to rabies test it. They cashed my check and kept my money, but claimed that there wasn't enough tissue to test the bat. Then they never even called me about it. I had to call them weeks later. Don't waste your time or money with these guys!
