There aren't enough words in the English language to express our gratitudefor each memberof the team at Veterinary Dental Specialties Austin. Our dog fractured a pre-molar and we were concerned about pulp exposure despite it not being immediately obvious. This is an amazing practice! Our little 10 year old dog Val weighs only a few pounds has a severe heart murmur. He’s literally the size of a guinea pig and needed special skill and tools to be operated on. It was a very complex extraction of 6 teeth and anesthesia is extremely complicated and dangerous! Dr. Sergio Hernandez Is absolutely amazing. Little Val was up and wagging his tail within hours! I highly recommend this practice for all your fur babies!!!!!

Finding veterinarians willing to treat reactive dogs is difficult. This practice was fantastic with my reactive dog. I'm used to being told to drop the dog off and come back later. Here you can wait until they do imaging of the dogs mouth. Dr. Hernandez then came out and showed me the comparison of my dog's old xrays from his root canal vs his current xrays. He was able to show me that my dogs infection had gotten larger and gave me me all my options.

Dr. Hernandez and his staff are the most amazing people I’ve ever met! They truly care about you and your pet, I have never felt so much peace. After a tragic accident that left my cat needing emergency care, especially on his jaw and teeth, they were able to squeeze him in and have made the last half of this accident a breeze. It has been a rough road and I cannot thank them enough! So happy to be a client here. Thank you for loving my boy as much as we do ❤️

Had an excellent experience here! Dr. Hernandez and his team are all very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. They really care about their patients and their pet parents. The medication they prescribed for my cat helped him out immensely and I am very thankful. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
