Dr. Hernández is an extremely skilled surgeon and his expertise is worth the additional cost when compared to an ordinary vet. He performed a full mouth extraction on my cat and was able to remove an old partial root left behind by a previous botched operation. For the first time in years, my cat is no longer suffering and struggling to eat. Recovery from the full mouth extraction was easier than the previous operations my cat had done by normal vets to remove just a few teeth. An absolute 5 Star Rating for Dr. Hernandez and his staff for the caring treatment they provide for our pets, in this case my toy poodle. I believe they actually treat the pet parents in the same compassionate and caring way as they do our pets! Since my girl has a pre-existing medical condition, my anxiety level was also a 5-Star before her dental procedures! Dr. Hernandez and his team are absolutely top-notch. The level of individualized, expert care they provided for my dog was nothing short of exceptional. They treated her like their own and made the entire process, from consultation to post-op, easy and reassuring. They are skilled, compassionate, and attentive. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I am going through a hassle because the vet tech mistakenly wrote in the notes that I don’t brush my dog’s teeth. I don’t brush his teeth every day, but I do brush them. Because of this mistake, it is making it very difficult to be reimbursed for my dog’s $3k root canal.
