I highly recommend Dr Shannon, she went far above and beyond during a very difficult set of extractions my cat needed. I'm very grateful for the care he received there, it has dramatically improved his quality of life consistently for a year and counting. Dr Shannon and Rachel are both excellent communicators and are clearly passionate about their work.
This is probably my favorite veterinary specialist of all time. Multiple things to note: She is so compassionate, and SO skilled. She removed many teeth and did it in 1/4 the time as the last place. This is SO important since my dog is 13 and 60lbs. They even have a boarded anesthesiologist that comes in for more complicated cases- and that put my mind at ease since my girl has many “issues”. We had a great experience from start to finish with Dr. Shannon and her office. Everyone was professional, friendly, and responsive. Dr. Shannon took time to go over all treatment options and listen to our questions and concerns. Though we were willing to go with the most involved and expensive choice, in the end after a comprehensive workup, she recommended the more conservative option as best for our furry child. Clearly, she puts the best interest of the animal first! We highly recommend Veterinary Dental Care.

Dr. Shannon kindly took the time to explain to me her in-depth medical opinion regarding the basis of tooth extractions and how she would plan to care for my 5-year-old Chihuahua. Dr Shannon and her team took amazing care of our 14 yo mini-schnauzer. He was diagnosed with IMHA 3 years ago and we were worried about triggering it with meds or anesthesia. We were also worried about putting a 14 yo dog under as well. Well everything went really well and Baxter recovered very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr Shannon and her team .
