Personnel sympathique, toujours très gentil autant avec mon animal qu'avec moi. Je les recommande.
My cat went in for dental extraction. The vet was rude, and she said she didn't care if people give bad reviews and walked out of the room. She didn't talk about the operation or post op instructions. I don't know what they did to my cat, he is usually very happy sitting on my lap. He keeps jumping and is scared and traumatized. I will Never go back! My poor baby. I see other reviews of mistreatment. I am worried they hurt my baby. They don't care about their clients. So sad
Excellent service before, but has really gone downhill. They don't respect their appointments. Perhaps they took too many clients on. I would not recommend. Incredibly rude. I wish I had read the other reviews before come.
