Big clean building, friendly staff and vets, good prices, and most importantly, knowledgeable.
Cold, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, sense of entitlement, lack of information and expensive. Very assembly line like, you never see the person working on your pet.
Good prices on services. I use to really like Dr Oberle, haven't seen him much lately. I think he retired. He helped me save a litter of puppies with fading syndrome. He did some eye tacks and procedures on my shar-pei. The other veterinarians are pretty good too, but don't seem to be as shar-pei savvy as he was. There's another veterinarian nearby that did stitches on my dog when they got a wound, and they were good too.
