Receptionist was quite rude. And didnt even offer an appointment on a different day
Staff and some of the vets there don't seem to know what's what. In our case we felt they dismissed our concerns. We had our husky Dakota in there telling them there was something wrong. She whined, paced the floor and begged for constant attention constantly panting. None of this is normal for her. We believe she has allergies. She also scratches at her ears and paws at her face. I am extremely particular when it comes to veterinary services, particularly after a series of mishaps that were detrimental to my beloved dog. Dr. Oberle, re-established my faith, and will be my Vet until he one day retires. He's focused, knowledgeable, honest and down to earth. I highly recommend..
