After being a patient at this vet clinic for over 15+ years, I’m extremely disappointed with how unprofessional and rude the front desk staff have become. Scheduling an appointment always feels like an inconvenience to them, and their attitude toward longtime clients is unacceptable. Don’t expect any compassion or help if you need an emergency or same-day appointment — you’ll most likely be met with EXTREME attitude and turned away. There was an emergency with our service dog and we went to the first recommended place and the welcome we got was ghastly . Our son needs the service dog and we were worried something happened after the accident this morning. We literally begged for an audience with the vet but the receptionist was very very unfriendly and literally kicked us out .
