There was an emergency with our service dog and we went to the first recommended place and the welcome we got was ghastly . Our son needs the service dog and we were worried something happened after the accident this morning. We literally begged for an audience with the vet but the receptionist was very very unfriendly and literally kicked us out . Doctors Turetsky and Katz and their staff, including Bridget and Malin and Sofie are superb! I am moving to Charleston SC from Sag Harbor NY after almost 3 decades in North Haven and my dogs and cats will miss them. My current pet is Diddy and I just had a full check up and obtained his records before I move. The way I describe doctors Turetsky and Katz and their animal practice is out “outstanding”. I couldn’t agree more with those noticing that the receptionist has been rude for several years. As a matter of fact, she’s so rude that it’s almost funny to call them. I even wrote them an email (which I am sure she’ll receive but I hope they’ll be nicer in the future).
Dr's Katz & Turetsky have been wonderful with my pets, going the extra mile providing information and support. I think they and their staff are exceptional.
