Excellente expérience! Urgence un dimanche, nous sommes reçus rapidement et pris en charge sans difficulté. Un gros merci à la technicienne pour son dévouement et bons soins.
Vraiment décevant. Je vais à cette clinique depuis plusieurs années et j'ai toujours reçu un bon service pour mes trois animaux. Récemment, il y a eu négligeance à plus d'une reprise. Situation semblable pour mon amie qui m'a référée. Je trouve cela inacceptable d'avoir aucun retour après plus d'un appel, ni du vétérinaire, ni de la gestionnaire. M. le propriétaire, êtes-vous au courant de ce qui se passe dans votre clinique?
