Dr. Carter is my all time favorite veterinarian. He is good with my dog Andy and has a glowing personality that I look forward to when I bring my dog in. He's very knowledgeable and has been in the business longer than I've been alive. Feel completely comfortable with leaving my pets health in his hands.
The staff are so kind and put my nervous dogs at ease.
