Will never answer their phone...ever. Have been trying to get my pet's records sent over to our new vet since we moved and its been almost a month and half and nothing. Can't get him into the groomers, daycare, nothing. Has made my life so much more stressful. They will respond to your voicemails yet never go through on sending records after saying they will. Ridiculous. Do better.
