By far the best vet care I've ever received! The doctor was so good with my rat, Chip. When he got sick again while I was away at college and needed more medication, they went above and beyond by overnighting me the meds. So thankful that my baby is going to be comfortable for his last few weeks!
The Veterinary Center for Birds and Exotics delivers state-of-the-art animal care and exemplifies an excellent staff camaraderie. My fiancé had to bring our rat Sophie in when she got sick and the staff was just incredible the entire time. Our girl passed recently and we just received a card that was signed from everyone at the center. I've never had a vet go that above and beyond, from answering all my questions for months, to the card. I couldn't recommend this place enough. You don't feel like just another client and everyone is so professional. Will definitely be visiting only this center for future check ups.
I took my new guinea pigs for an initial exam. The doctor was thorough and friendly, took her time to examine them and to answer any questions we had. We are happy with the office so far. My only gripe is that when I called for an estimate initially, the price I was quoted didn't include a lab exam, and I didn't find this out until afterwards. In general, medical and veterinary expenses can get very high, and it's important for me to know ahead of time what I'm getting into.
I've brought my cockatiel in to this center several times. I have been happy with their service. No complaints whatsoever!
