I have gone to this vet for years for my pet ferrets and while I was impressed by the nurses, I had a very negative experience overall. They overcharge and add extra treatments that your pet likely doesn’t need. In an emergency, you have to pay $75 just to talk to someone if you call after hours and they just refer you to the emergency vet in Bedford so that’s a waste of money.
