VCS Staff...It's been over a month since we lost our beloved Scout. This is difficult to write. Scout wasn't a pet, but a member of our family, our "baby" as we liked to call him. Certainly the last few days of his life were incredibly difficult, but the care and compassion the entire VCS staff showed us was truly remarkable and made one of our worst days, a tiny bit better. These words are all inadequate, but your kindness will not be forgotten. Our angel is now with the rest of the angels.
They took good care of my dog and I. They knew exactly what needed to be done for my dog’s injury and were very accommodating for my anxious Shiba. Quick and painless visit. Thank you so much!
VCS is excellent. They have taken great care of our animals. Dr. Tokar works very well with our pittie that has lots of anxiety, we do all our nail trims with the excellent techs, and Dr. Mair is a first class surgeon .
The team is efficient and very caring. They were gentle and attentive taking care of my 15 1/2 year old Maltese. We have the PetCare plan at Banfield and they couldn’t see him for this emergency, VCS fit him in without hesitation.
Dr. Tokar and the entire staff at VCS are wonderful! Very knowledgeable, compassionate, you can tell everybody loves animals. Highly recommend! Apollo loves everyone there too - he is always excited to "go see Dr. Tokar! " :)
