Miss Daisy had to have a bunch of teeth removed. I could tell she received a lot of love when I picked her up. 😊 They took the time to explain everything to me. All the way from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses and doctor everyone really made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you !
I have a very anxious dog that has had to be muzzled at another Vet's office. But Dr. Klein, Christy, and Abby were all incredibly patient and made sure my dog had a positive experience (no muzzle required). Not only are all the staff great from reception to Techs, they were able to get me in for a same day visit. I'll definitely be using them as long as I live in the area.
I really enjoy talking with Dr. Klein on topics as he will give you relevant info on both sides of the argument to help make your decisions. He lets you make the decisions in an informed way as best you can for your animal. Love this vet practice and everyone else there, would highly recommend.
VCC has done nothing but continue to impress me! My girl has had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Klein and his staff made her feel so loved and comfortable. I was throughly impressed with the transparency with pricing as well as not trying to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend them for any veterinary care!
Dr Mayabb and her staff showed real concern for Norman. I really appreciated the follow-up call from Dr Mayabb the next day after our appointment to check on Norman. If your in need of care for your pet, I can not recommend any vet any higher.
