Dr. Shiv and the entire team are absolutely wonderful. I’ve been bringing my cats here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Shiv has such a genuine love for cats, you can tell immediately and he is thorough, warm, and makes the whole visit feel easy and stress free. Yesterday he took such great care of my cat and even went above and beyond with his recommendations. The whole practice just runs smoothly and everyone is so kind. If you have cats, this is your place. Five stars without hesitation
Dr. Joback and the associates at VetCare Center are always friendly, kind & compassionate. They know how to handle our dogs with expertise & gentleness. We have been very satisfied with the care we have received for our dogs for the past several years. Dr. Joback and the staff were especially patient, kind & understanding when our 16 year old dog was euthanized a few months ago. They even sent us a sympathy card which all the staff signed.
We are incredibly grateful to VCC for the exceptional care they have provided for our dogs. Dr. Shivelbine takes the time to explain everything thoroughly — he genuinely listens to even our smallest concerns and treats us with respect. Dr. Jobak is not only wonderful but also incredibly kind, and Dr. Mayabb is quick to respond (as are all the doctors). Dr. Cutt and her staff are 100% complete angels! I brought my little Maddie in for some dental work and I was worried about the cost but also wanting to do what is best for her and her health but I don’t have a thousand dollars just sitting around. I do my best to give my animals the best food, treats, toys, and life I can give them. Dr. Cutt listened to all my concerns and we were able to work out a plan. Veterinary Care Center is simply amazing! From Olaf to Sassy, they’ve always treated our pets with love, compassion, and incredible care. Losing Sassy was heartbreaking, but knowing she was in their hands made all the difference — we trust this clinic completely.
