Best Vet. We have used Hopewell vets and P'ton Animal Hospital and Dr. Horn is head and shoulders above. His prices are comparable and much lower than P'ton Hosp. His vet skills are very good ( cared for our 2 dogs through old age and sicknesses and now our puppy and spaying), his caring and communication skills are first rate. Just moved into a new office.
