Dr. Rupp and her entire nursing team are incredibly caring, compassionate, and loving with my four hairless babies. I was a client of Dr. Rupp's practice for five years, and after switching to another veterinary cardiologist, I realized how many aspects of my experience had been lacking. 1. **I never met Dr. Rupp in person.** During the entire five years my cat was a patient, I never once met or spoke with her face-to-face or over the phone. Throughout this year I got to know the care team very well at VCC. My Lani had been diagnosed with a heart condition about 4 years ago and it finally caught up with us. The team helped me fight for my girl and tried everything to save her. Thank you to everyone at Vet Cardio for being so kind to us. They even sent the most beautiful card signed by the whole team.
I am trying to find a good professional heart doc for my cats. The reviews don't really help: what I see reminds me is Coral Springs Animal Hospital where they were so sweet with my cats, but when I need them for serious medical care they almost had my kitties killed. of course I will never recommend CCAH, but I am still in need of a knowledgeable, compassionate and professional vet heart doctor, good for the day to day stuff and for the occasions when emergencies or bad situations arise. Any recommendations?
