My only regret is not having known about this team sooner! Dr. Rupp and her team saved our dog Cliff twice in December, once while consulting with the ER we were at for our pup's 2nd CHF hospitalization and again at our first appointment after we were discharged and referred to her. Dr. Rupp and Caitlyn immediately knew when they saw him that Cliff was experiencing Kidney failure symptoms and made an urgent referral to an ER close to us that would be better equipped to handle his complex, sensitive medical needs. Our dog has been having some cardio pulminary issues. We were recommended to se Dr. Rupp by VEG ER. Drs. Rupp and Freeman ran a number of tests and came up with a plan to help us get Shane as healthy as possible. Kristen, the nurse, did a great job explaining all the health issues our dog is facing and how the medications would help. Drs. Rupp and Freeman also talked with us directly and spent a lot of time taking us through things. So great to have all the information and we had plenty of opportunity to ask any questions.
This place is fantastic. Very professional and caring. They have been nothing but great to my dog Blue and I. The ladies up front are wonderful people also. The communication at this company is phenomenal. Not once have I second guess what they were doing. All they have done was point myself and Blue in the correct direction. Like any great pet owner my dog is my entire world. He is not good with other dogs and they take caution not only for Blue but other pet owners. I really appreciate that.
