I wanted to express gratitude to the entire team at Veterinary Cardiopulmonary Care Center including Dr. Rupp and her staff. Since Rocky was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Disease, Dr. Rupp and her team have went above and beyond for my little guy. They are compassionate, thorough, caring, and utmost professional. They do a great job of taking care of my senior dog and her heart issue. The doctors spend enough time with you to answer your questions and explain things in a clear, easy to digest manner.
I’m sorry it took me so long to write this note. I still can’t believe Dr. Evil is gone. Even though I knew he was sick, I never thought I’d lose my soul cat at only 5 years old. Doc would not have been able to be there for me through some of the hardest years of my life if it weren’t for your care. The staff became family, supporting us through each appointment, taking extra time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options thoroughly.
