RecommendedDr Machen and Dr Rupp have given my dog Kinzie, a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, the best care since we arrived in South Florida last December 2017. I recommend this practice if you are seeking a very compassionate, empathetic team who truly LOVES their career. Dr. Machen and her nurse,Kimberly have gone Above and beyond to take care of my little Chiweenie, Boss, who is in congestive heart failure. Kimberly called me at the very end of her day, she made sure to return my call regardless of the time of day. I’m so thankful to have stumbled across this Team. Be sure to ask for DR MATCHEN as your cardiologist ! She is the most compassionate and professional that will provide you with the best care for your beloved companion. She really connects with every case, and will personally check that all of your questions and needs are taken care, thank you very much Dr Machen!!
They were prompt and efficient. Everything was explained to me beforehand and the results afterwards.
Dr Machen & her staff were amazing!!!!! They took excellent care of my "Lucky" dog. I was so worried that we might lose him. Come to find out, Lucky's heart murmur is do to his age ( almost 13 ) and that 3 out of 4 heart valves arent opening & closing like they used to. At this time, he does not need medication, thank God. Re-check in 6 mths. Low salt diet, fish oils, no stress...and lots of LOVE!!!!!!! We can definitely handle that! Thanks again for your love, care & concern for our little guy!!! :)
Competent staff, very small waiting room. They should tell you when you make an appointment that they don't take checks
