I brought my baby Maltese for a cardio evaluation. The nurse that checked us in Marlise was super nice and took the time to listen. Also, Dr. Rupp was extremely thoughtful and caring. She discussed details of her findings and what I should or should not be do for my baby. Thank you Dr. Rupp, Marlise and the other staff for taking great care of my little girl.
Worst office staff. Missed a call earlier today and called back at 4:50. Was told they close at 5 so I’d have to call back tomorrow. I said it was an emergency situation. Staffs comment was... well maybe you should of had your phone close by when we called you earlier. Seriously???
RecommendedDr Rupp and staff are the best. Baby didn't have a year left at my first visit 3 yrs ago. With Dr Rupp she is still here and doing well. I'm so happy.
My dog Suki was diagnosed with a heart murmur and my veterinarian recommended us to see Dr. Rupp. The staff and Dr. Rupp took excellent care of my dog and were very thorough! They didn’t rush us out of there. They took their time, treated my dog kindly, and explained everything in detail and provided an estimate up front. We had a pleasant experience during a difficult and scary time!!!
Dr. Rupp and her staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but the caring manner with which they treat their patients and the families is beyond description.
Dr. Rupp helped my senior dog with her breathing issues. We were told not much we can do for her wheezing and coughing. It caused us sleepless nights because she would just not stop. Brought her to Dr. Rupp and her team and now my girl is easily 95 percent better. You can tell she is relaxed now and able to live a happy life. Thanks Dr. Rupp and team.
Dr. Rupp and her team have excellent bedside manners - very patient and caring during the entire testing procedure. Treatment, expectations and way-forward were thoroughly explained. I know my girl is in good hands.

It’s a very nerve wracking experience to get your 3 year old puppy diagnosed with heart disease. However, Dr. Rupp was wonderful and compassionate with us. She took her time talking to us and answered our questions with lots of thought so we could understand in laymen’s terms. We are so thankful we found her. A BIG shout out to her staff as well.
