I was having an issue with my Berner. He was barking aggressively at certain conditions. Dr Derr was very helpful and professional. She came up with ideas that were easy to incorporate into my dog's training. She explained why he could be doing the behavior and why we should do the recommendations she had. Dr Derr helped my family to solve our problem and there also was follow up with her too.
