Unpleasant and rude on the phone. Why are you working with animal care if you’re gonna be dismissive and disrespectful to their owners seeking help? We’re not calling to spite you, whoever it was who was picking up the phone, we’re calling to get help for a sick animal who is suffering. If you’re fully booked or closed than you can say that without an attitude. Unbelievable!
