Sophie's Dad (you know who) I'd give it a one rating if it weren't for Doctor Shapiro and his back room staff. Shapiro's front desk staff need to be replaced. Especially the older gray haired woman with short hair! I had an issue her lack of professionalism, both on the phone and in person. Gray hair didn't like it & went to the adjoining back room and whispered loud enough to someone, "...that F'in-A-hole." I told her I heard her... There's too much to list! Terrible Place They were terrible, I liked the vet ok, but , his staff was rude, uncaring and not friendly in the least , I would never bring any animal to them , ever!!
Our pet dog Our dog gets the best of care and help whenever we visit the Drs. there. The help are friendly and courteous. You can tell they love animals. We know our dog is in good hands whenever he is sick and needs to visit the vet.
Dr.Shapero is wonderful My wife and I both got cancer and lost everything, and we sent out 50 hardship letters to 50 different vets asking for help with our cat and Dr.Shapero was one of only 2 vets to offer my cat help when my wife and I have both been battling cancer for 7 years. Dr. Shapero is an angel from heaven and deserves respect because as I said, he was one of 2 people to offer to help my cat out of 50 vets!!!!
Great vet I really liked how they took care of my pets. All 3 of my pets had a good eximanation while we were there. Talked with me about any concerns and gave me tips on better health for them.
