Poor service, I made a orthopedic specialist appoitment for my Rottweiler and when I got there it was a primary doctor who just told what his primiry doctor had already told was plus she said this first appointment it was just a introduce for know the dog and that they'll look into his x-ray from his primary doctor and call us back but i never heard from them again, in other words if you have a large dog and don't want to waste yor money and time don't waste your time going there because clealy they don;t know how to handle ... read more

Our dog decided it was a good idea to eat a bath toy that belonged to his 8 month old human. Dr Burns was fantastic! You could clearly tell his only concern was for our dogs well-being, not profit, not the easiest solution, he did what he truly felt was best for our pup. He was in constant communication with us, providing us updates and always seeking our input before a decision was to be made. I brought my dog Cookie in this morning for shots, ear cleaning and nail trim. I have always been impressed with the wonderful caring staff and today even more so! They have adjusted to a new safe routine since COVID 19! Each parking spot has a numbered sign and instructions to text them letting them know you are here for your appointment.
