I’ve been very happy with the excellent quality of service, caring staff and attention to detail. I didn’t have an issue getting an appointment in a reasonable time and they always responded to my questions when trying a new treatment plan. I liked that we tried a conservative and affordable approach first, I felt they cared about my pet and about how I could handle his care as an owner. Highly recommend.
If you are ever recommended to go to VADER Clinic or comes up in your list of choices for your pet, turn around and go anywhere else. Please stay to read this entire message. Our dog struggled with skin issues for roughly 2 years, and saw 2 separate vets to try and properly diagnose. Although the second vet was much better than the first, we were still unable to resolve the issue so we were referred to VADER. Dr. Laura was who treated Duke, and she was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and unbiased. She gave us the stats necessary for us to make our own decisions for Duke based of efficacy. My experience with this clinic has been less than favourable. I was referred to this clinic by my vet. For starters, it took a while to receive a response to my referral. Finally in July, they responded and I was then provided with an appointment for the end of October. Apparently, I needed to leave a deposit (which is standard). This was not clearly communicated and when I followed up in mid October, I was told I did not have an appointment. Fine. I was then given an appointment on December 19th at 10am.
