Thankfully my first and last encounter. I got my cat spayed here and there’s a few issues I had with them. - the communication is via text and I was told scheduling information isn’t posted online which was sketchy imo. And not convenient for booking. - they tell people they close as 5 when they actually close as 6, but they just tell people that “so people don’t forget their animals”. - I was told (via text) I could pick up my cat at 6, and then they called THREE times about where I’m at… when I’d already sent confirmation ... read more
