This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. The receptionist was the only person who was kind and helpful. Everything else was absolutely horrible. I waited three hours with my dog, who had a serious eye problem and was extremely lethargic, and not a single veterinarian came to examine her.
