Shanta Williams demonstrates extremely poor leadership qualities. She consistently speaks to her team in a degrading and disrespectful manner, and her interactions with both vendors and clients are often unprofessional and discourteous. The work environment she fosters is toxic, leading to high turnover among those reporting to her.
