Kennedy provided a clear path through what could have been a confusing and overwhelming process from loan application to approval. Every step of the way was explained, and it seemed that nothing but good news came from Kennedy on behalf of VU: Rate buy-down, lending credits, even accommodation regarding signing and funding dates.
